主傳動采用高精度齒輪傳動，環模采用快卸式抱箍型，產量比皮帶傳動提高20%；采用調速電機或進口變頻器變頻喂料，確保更安全更均勻；全不銹鋼門蓋、斜槽、調質器、喂料器；采用國際先進水平的處理工藝加工而成的環模使用壽命更長，顆粒光滑質量好；全不銹鋼調質器可加大加粗加長，帶大開門清理，可配雙層、三層或DDG調質器；各種安全過載保護裝置和警示標志齊全。
